2024 Youth Summer Activities

Kenosha Unified offers free summer activities to ALL children who reside in the City of Kenosha, Village of Pleasant Prairie and Town/Village of Somers. Registration opens each spring to all families with children ages 6-18 (must be six on or before Aug. 31, 2024). All participants must reside within the boundaries of the ѻƬ, but children do not need to attend ѻƬ to participate.


Adult Programs

Women’s Volleyball League

The Department of Recreation will offer Women’s Volleyball Leagues for women 16 years of age or older. There will be 8 teams on each night league. The minimum number of players on a team is six and maximum is eight players. No members of any school women’s volleyball teams are eligible to play in the program.

  • The Power League will play on Mondays, beginning on Jan. 22 at Washington Middle School from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for a period of 12 weeks.
  • The Recreation League will play on Tuesdays at Lance Middle School beginning Jan. 23 from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. for a period of 12 weeks.

In the case that the Power League is not filled, additional Rec League spots will become available at a later date for Monday nights
